Hello! We have four unopened buckets of this high end flooring adhesive as we decided not to put flooring down in part of our basement. Retail price paid was $165+tax, willing to sell for $100 per a bucket if you just need one, or $75 if you buy multiple and local pick up only in Seattle as they weigh ~50lbs each.
