Setup & Coordination Fee
$500 – $4,000 upfront
Covers consultation, inventory cataloging, data and image collection, and listing creation. Scope and fee depend on the size and complexity of the engagement. This fee can be deducted from your final auction proceeds — so if the sale performs, your out-of-pocket cost is zero.
Auction Commission
10% – 15% of gross auction sales
Applied to total sale revenue at auction close. Final rate is confirmed during consultation based on inventory type, estimated value, and logistics requirements.
The upfront fee exists because cataloging large inventories takes real work. It’s not a risk — it comes back to you when the auction sells. We’re aligned: the more your inventory sells for, the better we do.
