Brand new floors and excess of approx 800 ft of new hardwood floor (all in boxes ready to take) for upscale 1 BR or business location. Same flooring as used in a number of luxury brand retail stores. Pre cut planks ideal for fast install. We just had extra wood from our project. Sample pics of completed project with the wood attached. Pick up by Wednesday 3/11 and willing to price lower to unload. We paid $16,000 ($17.60/sq ft) but leftover from the project.
