Let’s schedule a day and time when you can come to the site in Lakeway and make an offer. Supplier did the takeoffs shipped the material and only wants to give us partial credit for returns. There’s a few LVL’s, lots of various 2x material. I’ve also got some structural steel including I-beams, beams and columns. All the lumber 3000 OBO I keep finding lumber that has to go so it doesn’t grow every day, but there is more today than it was yesterday. That includes three LVL‘s sent to my site.
